Killzone is a futuristic military shooter set in the 24th century during a period of planetary colonization, chronicling the war between the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance (ISA) and the Helghan Empire. Killzone is notable for pushing the PlayStation 2's power ahead of it's time as well as having very gritty and heavy feeling weaponry.
